Kela is the President of Cook Appraisals, Inc.  She is also very active in the appraisal field for the company.  Kela is a graduate of Baylor University with a BBA in Real Estate.  She has been active in the local Real Estate market for over 17 years.  Kela's upmost concern for the company is putting the client's needs first.  She makes every effort to keep all clients happy with professional, accurate reports in an efficient time frame.  Kela is a member of the Appraisal Institute holding the SRA designation.  She is also a VA & FHA approved appraiser.  Kela also teaches the Real Estate Appraisal course for McLennan Community College.
