Daniel is a licensed appraiser with Cook Appraisals, Inc.  He graduated Baylor University in 2006 and has since been enjoying his new career in the appraisal industry.  Although he is licensed, Daniel is still in the learning stages and will continue to learn everyday from real life appraising experiences.  His plans is to become certified residential which takes at least two years with 2,500 trainee hours.  He has been professionally trained for one and a half years before becoming licensed and the client can be assured that Daniel performs his appraisals in a professional, accurate manner.  As a licensed appraiser, Daniel has to maintain education requirements by the State with a 15 hour USPAP course.  USPAP is the foundation for appraisal guidelines in which Cook Appraisals, Inc. takes pride in keeping abreast of.  We are happy to have Daniel as a part of our appraisal team.
