Warner is the next CEO of Cook Appraisals, Inc.  Although he is still too young to have much input in the company, you can bet he runs the show at home.  He is eight and  a  half  years old going on 15, so it won't be long before he will be a valuable asset to Cook Appraisals, Inc.  He loves to help measure homes (although he holds the dumb-end of the tape).  He says that he is already an appraiser since he spends every summer helping mommy.  His favorite home to help with is a two-story structure.  It just seems fun to him. It must be the stairs. (up and down, up and down)
